Je traduis un manuel sur une raffineuse de chocolat, qui fonctionne avec des cylindres entre lesquels les ingrédients sont broyés pour produire du chocolat. Dans la description de son fonctionnement, je trouve le terme Lining bar et j'ai du mal à trouver le terme technique exact.

The basic principle of operation for the machine is to progressively grind the contained mass into smaller and smaller particles by crushing them between the lining bars of the cylinder and the spring loaded grinding bars.
