Spanish term

sin antecedentes [here]

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) low back pain and sciatica
Dear colleagues,

This concerns a medical report regarding a man who had a motorcycle accident.

The report describes all the details of the accident and at the very bottom it states:

Esta copia se ha impreso sin antecedentes.

What does this mean exactly?

Thank you!

Hi everyone!
I used Charles' suggestion.
Thank you!
Wendy Streitparth Mar 14, 2019:
Or maybe it is implying 'without knowledge of previous medical history'
Lydianette Soza Mar 14, 2019:
I fully agree with Charles, I mean *medical history* would be the most appropriate translation here.
Charles Davis Mar 14, 2019:
If anyone thinks this could be right and wants to pick it up and run with it, go ahead!
Charles Davis Mar 14, 2019:
A guess Not solid enough for an answer. Antecedentes are usually either criminal records or medical history, and the latter seems likely here. Maybe it means that this copy of the report has been printed without (the section on) medical history; in other words, the bit about the patient's history in the original report has been omitted in this copy.

no other [previous] document annexed
