I don't think you'd say adherence to a trust.

Accession is another possibility.

Spanish term (edited): adhesión (al fideicomiso de empresa)

joining in; joinder (of the company trust)

Is not ambiguous but can bifurcate into two translations as a standard, 'take-it-or-leave-it' type-contrato de adhesión (see the web ref.) and/or of 'accession to' (Tom West III) scenario, though such term is used more in the UK for succeeding to the British Throne or *joining* the EEC/EU.

BTW, a trust - besides originating from Roman and Norman-French law - is a creature and creation of Equity in English (and Irish) law. So, if no prior knowledge of this concept, better to keep 'adhesive glue' off this question.
Example sentence:

If a Trust Beneficiary is his or her own Advocate, a successor Advocate must be designated in the Joinder Agreement.

Peer comment(s):

neutral AllegroTrans : Rather surprised to see you sugesting joinder; is that not a term reserved to the joining/amalgamation of one or more issues/matters before a court?// seems Robert has found a good reference so I dare not disagree

I accept your query, except 1. my ref is US Am 2. I have personally drafted Appointments of New Trustees in E&W for new members *joining* a partnership 3. joinder of actions vs. parties is a different litigation ball game.//Then feel free to agree.
agree Robert Carter : Excellent, I had no idea of this usage of "joinder" in contract law. https://milestone.legalexaminer.com/legal/miscellaneous/sett...
