tipografía de caja

Spanish to English Marketing Marketing / Market Research Brand
This is from a set of brand image guidelines.
"Con el fin contrastar y remarcar la relevancia de la marca, en ningún caso podrá emplearse como tipografía de caja más allá de titulares o textos destacados que apoyen esta Identidad en comunicaciones corporativas".

Typeface case doesn't seem right to me...

Any ideas, please?
Thanks

@Stuart and Aida The typeface can only be used in headlines and highlighted text, not in block capitals/the body text (now I'm not sure which).

'...en ningún caso podrá emplearse como tipografía de caja...' The only clue is the preposition 'como'. Would we say 'as (como) uppercase' or 'in (en) uppercase'? Does it mean 'used as typeface for the body text' or 'used as (?) uppercase typeface'?
Stuart and Aida Nelson May 20, 2019:
font - typace In order to highlight and emphasise the importance of the brand, in no case may the font of the brand be used as a typeface inside a text

I don't quite understand it, now :)
Helena Chavarria May 20, 2019:
@ Stuart and Aida As John rightly points out, ‘caja’ could mean ‘caja alta’, block capitals i.e. uppercase.

@ Helena - Comunican I was also thinking along those lines and yes, it makes sense. I would encourage you to give your answer Helena.

@ Comunican: can you give the part with the subject of podrán, thanks?
Comunican (asker) May 19, 2019:
Thanks. Yes, that makes sense, thank you.
Helena Chavarria May 19, 2019:
Thanks. Then it means that the typeface (font) can't be used for the text body.
Comunican (asker) May 19, 2019:
It's referring to the font Hi Helena, it's referring to the font. Thanks
Helena Chavarria May 19, 2019:
What is the subject of 'podrá'? If it's a logo or brand name, it probably means that it can't be used or included in the body text; it has to stand out on its own.

Spanish term (edited): tipografía de caja alta

uppercase typography / capital letters

Are you sure it is not saying "tipografía de caja alta"?

Because, if that is the case, it would just refer to "mayúsculas", that is, capital letters, or uppercase letters.

I am giving this answer as a guess, and I might be off the mark, but--

Additional context provided would be very beneficial to be able to assist better.

You're welcome.

Do you have some more context you could provide, i.e., the phrase or sentence before and/or after?

Otherwise "tipografía de caja" could refer to "caja alta and/or caja baja", that is the type of "old-fashioned" typography, in old printers...

My other guess is that the "mark" (trademark) might have a specific font, particularly for the logo of the mark, and so, you can only use that font, for the headlines, but not when referring to the mark in the text...

Other than that, without further context, this is a conundrum of magnitude! ;-)

Saludos cordiales.

La otra opción sería "in no case can be used as a standard typography," as it is most likely a specific font used for the logo, or the Trade Mark, only.
Note from asker:
Thanks, but I'm pretty sure it would say "alta" as it is a very precisely written document. So I have to assume they didn't omit "alta" by mistake. Thanks for your help though.
