¡Hola, Phil! Soy chino, pero vivo acá en Bs. As. desde hace 32 años y pago este impuesto (le decimos ABL). Y vos fijate que no dije que AGIP fuera un impuesto. Con una simple lectura de los hipervínculos en mi respuesta lo podrás verificar. ¡Saludos!
