: No need to reinvent the wheel. There is a standard legal cliche for this in English, "warrants and represents" That's what you are supposed to be using.

: This should be warrants and represents - the idea that this is only used for goods is probably a misunderstanding. You can also warrant "in general" in English, particularly in a legal context.
