Resulta confuso que mezcles tu traducción con la línea-pregunta en tu exposición contextual.
Dicho esto, no tengo ni idea. Índice de excentricidad (del VI) parece opción razonable en el contexto dado para leer IEXC. Y sin embargo D/S como resultado o parámetro asociado resulta extraño. Incluso aunque lo leas como D > S (IEXC Diastólico > IEXC Sistólico).
