Swedish term
anbudsvara
Swedish to English
Bus/Financial
Business/Commerce (general)
The term is related to a system used by a restaurant to purchase ingredients and supplies from a large wholesaler.
It appears in a description of what to do if a particular item is not carried by the wholesaler and is to be requested:

contractual product
I suggest contractual instead of contracted as the latter has more than one meaning.

contracted product
I'm not entirely happy with this, but it is the best I can come up with for now.
Although it refers to products that come within the agreed range in the tendered contract, it seems to be used in a looser context. So, here is a US reference from a food supplier:

And here is one where it is used as a general term meaning something like "products available in the range" (search or scroll to the last text section)

That might at least kick things off!

Swedish term (edited):
en anbudsvara
a requisition-offer (fixed-quote) article
The translation also needs to square with an anbudspris, namely a requsition-offer or 'fix-quoted' vs. generally estimated price.
The scenario looks more like an avrop - a call-off or requistioning system - than an anbud.
