The standard working time is of 8 hours/day, 40 days/week. "Repartizarea inegala a timpului de munca" means that the employee can work those 40 hs/week in another distribution than the standard one of 8 hs/day. E.g. Mo-Thu 10 hours (40 hs/week) and Friday off...
