Se colocar assim na Web, vai aparecer-lhe o termo em sites em inglês, mas que nada tem a ver com o seu contexto.
Por outro lado, se colocar "HH. y RR" também não aparece nada em concreto.
A não ser que falte algo nesse acrónimo que está a perguntar, por exemplo:
"... Especialista en RR.HH y RR.LL. de la Universidad de Buenos Aires."

Estou a perguntar porque, se for uma tradução do inglês para o espanhol, é provável que quem traduziu não tenha tido o cuidado de inverter o termo.
