Upon the occurrence of any casualty event, the senior debt shall be immediately prepaid:
(iii) at the request of the intercreditor agent, if any casualty proceeds received by the borrower exceed in aggregate US$XXX in respect of one event or a series of simultaneous casualty events, in an amount equal to such casualty proceeds received by the borrower plus the amount of all REVENUE INSURANCE PROCEEDS received by the borrower in respect of such casualty events.
