In our first investment theme, “New ***policy pressures*** demand prudent response”, we start by looking at the state of the global economy, with signs of a growth slowdown amplified by trade tensions, political concerns and other issues. With monetary policy presumed to be reaching its limits, calls for more fiscal spending will become more vocal, but don’t expect a massive fiscal boost. From an investor’s point of view, this is an environment that will require a robust investment approach, an ability to focus on long-term returns and a willingness to consider alternative investment approaches. With banks maintaining a very accommodative monetary policy for a lack of any alternatives, as noted above, low or negative yields will remain a reality.

Durch politische Maßnahmen/Entscheidungen steigt der Handlungsdruck für Anleger. Neben den geldpolitischen Maßnahmen (Niedrig-/Negativzinspolitik) zählen hierzu auch handelspolitische Maßnahmen/Entscheidungen (v. a. im Handelsstreit USA-China). Beide Aspekte werden bereits im Text thematisiert: „this is an environment that will require a robust investment approach, an ability to focus on long-term returns and a willingness to consider alternative investment approaches“, „low or negative yields will remain a reality“, „growth slowdown amplified by trade tensions“.

Ich würde „New [policy] pressures“ nicht als „Neuer Druck...“ übersetzen, da Anleger dem durch Geld- und Handelspolitik erzeugten Druck bereits seit längerem ausgesetzt sind; es kommen allerdings neue Belastungsfaktoren hinzu, die den Druck insgesamt erhöhen, weshalb sich hier „Zunehmender Druck“ oder „Steigender Druck“ anbieten könnte: „Zunehmender Druck durch politische Maßnahmen/Entscheidungen [...]“

neutral B&B FinTrans : Nein, Wendy, der Druck AUF die Geldpolitik ist den Anlegern relativ egal, dem Druck jedoch, der DURCH die Geldpolitik (oder durch die Handelspolitik) entsteht, kann man sich als Investor nur schwer entziehen, man muss sich darauf einstellen.
