I am not saying that I am 100 percent sure about my answer, What I would like to say is that it is not a code issued by a partnership.
If you could not find, it is because for ex. in Kaz, and Kyrgyzstan all goods have its statistical classifier code, which belong to that country.

I am trying to confirm your proposition, Turdimurod. For example, in your link, mesalazine has the СКП code of 15927. I cannot find anything relating to statistical classifer and mesalizine and 15927.

Frank, Even if you know the full context, it can't be one partnership's own code, that would lead to blunder.
I think who translated pharma related texts should know that.
There goes International nonproprietary name, dosage form, and lot number and How does One Kazakhstan partnership give the code to that product? you can check амокцициллин and other medications have the code similar to that, for ex: амокцицилин 14861
Even if whoever has whatever context, it doesn't change anything. Because, it is not one partnership's code. it is the code that belongs to the medication or product. I provided the link as well where is mentioned another partnership's name.

@Turdimurod: Anastasia knows the full context. The excel file http://www.sk-pharmacy.kz/data/nws/kaz/fil_31_298.xls contains the acronyms СКП and МНН as column headings. Under СКП, there are ordinal numbers only. I noted the coincidence between СК Фармация and SK Pharmacy. My confidence level was low.
Regarding the statistical classifier code, can those codes be reconciled with the numbers under the СКП heading in the excel table?

It is ТОО «СК-Фармация» which means partnership.
Is it your google search result or you know it for sure?
It can't be a code that belong to one partnership, it is statistical classifier code, МНН international nonproprietary name
and next goes dosage form.
Your version is completely wrong.
