Consolidated statement of activities

English to German Bus/Financial Accounting (WP-Bericht zu) holländischem Jahresabschluss - Genossenschaft mit ausgeschlossener Haftung - bilanziert nach Dutch Accounting Standards???

Hallo,

Man schreibt hier zum Wirtschaftsprüferbericht "We conducted our audit in accordance with Dutch law, including the Dutch Standards on Auditing."

Laut Linguee bedeutet Consolidated statement of activities Konzern-GuV. Ist das zutreffend? Leider ist mir zum vom Ersteller des Jahresabschlusses beachteten Regelwerk nur Folgendes bekannt:

Es ist eine Genossenschaft mit ausgeschlossener Haftung.
"The financial statements are drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Title 9, Book 2 of the Dutch Civil Code."
Nach Angooglen der mir kaum bekannten holländischen Thematik über KPMG, IASPLUS, PWC vermute ich, dass nach Dutch Accounting Standards, in jedem Fall aber nicht nach IFRS bilanziert wird, was ja für auch für eine Genossenschaft mangels Kapitalmarktorientierung nicht passen würde.
