English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) bankruptcy

Recognizing vendors based outside of the United States may not have experience with this principle of chapter 11 or United States bankruptcy law generally, on December 3, 2002, the Company requested authorization from the bankruptcy court to pay, in the ordinary course of business, certain prepetition and postpetition amounts owing to its vendors [Docket No. 1] (the “Motion”). On December 3, 2002, the bankruptcy court entered an order (the “Order”) [Docket No. 2] authorizing the Company to pay the prepetition and postpetition amounts. A copy of the Motion and the Order are attached to this letter for your reference. Specifically, the Company’s guarantee of payment was authorized by the bankruptcy court in paragraphs 4, 8, and 9 of the Order.
