How would you translate ما أزال in the following sentence from an Arabic short story?
وهل كتب لاعب محترف هزمتُه ونسيتُه تقريرا ملفقا عن نشاطي في السابق أو مشاركتي في أحداث شغب خطيرة مضادة لتوحيد العالم في تواريخ بعينها برغم وجودي وبشكل مؤكد في نفس مقر عملي بمبنى مجمع التحرير ما أزال?

. . . it would be possible to insert the phrase "and I still am" either at the end of the clause or after the phrase "at that time."
You have a lot of leeway, depending your creativity with the whole sentence.
