Apesar de ser bem comum deixar o termo em inglês, como o Felipe colocou, um cliente meu recente "me corrigiu" e sugeriu o termo "patrimônio de marca", já que o documento se tratava da marca da empresa.
Acho que é mais ou menos o mesmo conceito que tu procuras.
