I know what hospital this is from. This one gave me problems, too. Context should be (upper left hand corner):

If so, we decided this is simply "Host Number", it refers to some kind of computer/IT equipment. It wasn't 100% clear whether this was a server, a computer in the lab, a printer, etc., so we didn't specify.
