Can someone shed light on this particular term? I have never heard of it. It appears in a document from Argentina.
La Resolución impide a los agentes bajo fiscalización de la CNV acumular liquidez en moneda extranjera en el exterior. I think they are referring to those kind of securities, specially bonds, that trade both in US Dollars and Argentine Pesos and which you can purchase at any exchange with the possibility of transferring them to a foreign bank account or broker. These bonds usually feature a C (standing for "Cable") attached to the ticker.
