"L'espanso di morfologia irregolare localizzato alla base del polmone di destra non è attualmente correttamente parametrabile in quanto il parziale svuotamento delle cavità colliquate in sede centrale ne riduce i diametri rigonfiati nel precedente controllo."

Not quite sure how to render the term "rigonfiato" in this sentence. "Swollen" seems an odd term, especially since I have translated previous reports for this patient, and the last report simply talks about an increase in size (no guarantee we are both referring to the same report, of course).
Any input appreciated.
