Mi duda, si no estoy equivocado es con "operar" o no sé si en este contexto, "realizar" y "operar" son sinónimos:

Discussion
According to my accounting dictionary "write off an asset" is "realizar/dar de baja definitiva a un activo", but I still haven´t found the English equivalent of "alta"
Maybe "asset acquisition"?
