“Please trust that we are doing all that we can to secure payment of these fees urgently. You will have seen that the client has requested an update and status of the case. I've made that request to Ahmed and Sakher. I am hoping that by providing that update (which would indicate to the client that we have done all the work requested and that all is in order) I can use it as means of securing payment. If you could push Ahmed/Sakher to give me an update that I can forward to the client urgently, I can then follow that update with a chaser email/call again seeking payment of those fees… ”
