BU (Business Unit) shall be entitled to compensation for benefits that RU (Regional Unit) incurs as a result of acts or omissions on part of BU which are related to the BU’s Scope of Work and to which RU has not otherwise contributed. Claims from BU to RU for such reconciliation of benefits can be based in particular, and provided that the foregoing conditions are ful-filled, on the following Root Causes:
