Norwegian to English Bus/Financial Finance (general)

This is in specific reference to the collection of entities known colloquially as "Børsen" in Norway. Please don't explain to me what happens there; I know already.

The problem arises when both "Børsen" and "Oslo Børs" are used in the same newsletter. As some might know, Oslo Børs is in fact a regulated stock exchange and just one of several entities under the same ownership. I've found nothing (not even on the websites of Oslo Børs and its new owner, Euronext) that clarifies how "Børsen" is to be referred to in English. Repeated examples on the Euronext website show them dodging the issue, which does not help me in the end.

Pia Walker Feb 4, 2021: Børsen vs Oslo Børs I would use 'Oslo Stock Exchange' (with capital starting letter) for Oslo Børs and 'the stock exchange' elsewhere. It is one and the same.
Christopher Schröder Feb 3, 2021: For the record, I don’t know what distinction you are trying to draw anyway. It’s called Oslo Børs. It’s a stock exchange.
Zofia Wyszynski Feb 2, 2021: I second Per's comment. If anything, you could use "Oslo Børs" since that is the official name also used on the website in English and "the (stock) exchange" for "Børsen" if you want to distinguish between the two.
Charles Ek (asker) Feb 2, 2021: It’s used constantly alongside references to other exchanges in Europe. A generic reference will not suffice. I settled on “the Oslo Exchanges” and sent the job back across the pond.
Per Bergvall Feb 2, 2021: The stock exchange Do you really need to state specifically what the finance moguls decide on as their proper name in English? And until they do, and go public with it, shouldn't the generic term work as a stopgap?
