Da der Bikini beim Nasswerden durchscheint, empfehlen wir vor dem Badespass eine Stegrasur vorzunehmen, um die optischen Reize zu wahren.

narrow shaved pubic hairs
First of all:
I agree with all of the other suggestions! This is a tough one!
However, my opinion is as follows:
"Steg" could be used as "base" or also as "catwalk". As a catwalk is narrow, long and elegant, this could stand as the synonym for the resulting "pattern" of the pubic hairs.
So it´s more than just shaving the bikini line, but nearby the entire pubic area.
HTH ;-)

Stegrasur
Steg - Rasur - ich vermute, das es sich um eine Rasur entweder der Leiste oder des Intimbereiches - auf den ersten Blick klingt das unbekannt STEGRASUR

impromptu shave
I am only guessing that the word steg in Stegrasur comes from stegreig or impromptu. Doing something on the spur of the moment.

The text says that when the bikini gets wet, you can see through it. So it's a good idea to shave in order not to impair its charms.

Stegrasur is certainly not a common term, but from the context you give, it sounds like this is more than just a bikini wax or a shave along the bikini lines (which would be Bikinirasur in German).
Dear Ashley, Not all women shave their pubic area, but those who do usually only shave what is known as the "bikini line". This is the pubic hair (if any) that shows when you wear a bathingsuit (most women don't like the way hair showing looks - it's not a hygiene thing or anything like that). Most women don't remove this hair year-round, only during the summer months when they'll be weari ng a bathingsuit. FYI, a lot of women find that shaving is too harsh on the sensitive skin in that area, so they choose to wax or use creams like Nair instead. There are women who shave the entire pubic area, but this is only a matter of personal preference (again, not hygiene). If you choose to do this, be ca reful -- that skin is very sensitive which makes it prone to ingrown hairs, which can become infected and cause a very uncomfortable situation. If you shave, be sure to soak in a warm bath first to soften the hair, use a good sh aving cream or gel, and a new, sharp razor.

The model explains that it is part of her job to shave her pubic
area especially when modelling swimwear or underclothes.

I also have a few light blue and white light yellow suits you better leave the lining in them if you don't shave your pubic area and have dark hair down under everything will show.

groin shave
Although I cannot find a reference to "Steg" as a body part, the context suggests that "Steg" must have an anatomical meaning here. Since its generic meaning is a "Bridge," as in something that connects two parts, groin is probably what is meant here--the groin being the "bridge" between the belly and the thigh.
