I am only guessing that the word steg in Stegrasur comes from stegreig or impromptu. Doing something on the spur of the moment.

The text says that when the bikini gets wet, you can see through it. So it's a good idea to shave in order not to impair its charms.

Dear Ashley, Not all women shave their pubic area, but those who do usually only shave what is known as the "bikini line". This is the pubic hair (if any) that shows when you wear a bathingsuit (most women don't like the way hair showing looks - it's not a hygiene thing or anything like that).
