The F letter is used to indicate a separate field as though in an Excel sheet or in a table in a Word document.

I forgot to add that this kind of abbreviation is sometimes used in scripting, i.e. files written in simple text format and linked with a database file or used in programming to be read automatically by the associated applications/software/programs. Equally, it can be the output script files generated by a database application/ software/program. Hence, to reflect the abbreviation in the translation one can use the Arabic letter ” ح” for "حقل"; provided that that end-user is familiar with such abbreviation, or the translator can provide a note into this effect.

Discussion
To the asker: if you selected text from an excel table, this F could be the name of the column. It appears too many times, in different contexts (type of test, date of birth, etc.) to mean one and the same thing.
If the document was scanned, it might even be some symbol or logo. Diya Takrouri mentions other possibilities too.
