Hello! I am translating a Qualifications Certificate and I am not sure how I should translate this term.
Context:
"Registrado en tomo X folio Y número Z del Registro de Titulos de la Secretaria General del CES"
So, CES means "Consejo de Educación Superior", so "Secretaria General del CES" would be "General Secretariat of the Higher Education Council", I suppose? Now, regarding "Registro del Titulos", I have no idea how I shoudl translate it. Any suggestions?
