Figures show the agent serum concentrations over time. In most patients, a dominant target-mediated sink effect was observed leading to low or no detectable serum trough levels. In contrast, patients treated with a higher dose showed constant or slightly accumulating trough level.

This should be the same as TMDD, that is, target-mediated drug disposition. I have not found a Polish term so I provided a descriptive definition.
