Poderia ser algo como "permanent concession of the Interlocutory Relief"?

Note that, in England + Wales previously, an interlocutory injunction used to be temporary and pre-trial vs. an interim one that could have been stand-alone and 'permanent', unless one requiring 'constant supervision' - so would not be granted by a Court of Equity.
Now, post-civil justice reforms post-1998, both varities have, confusingly, been conflated into interim ones only.
