inseguimento del segnale nei circuiti, ponti su circuiti parziali
"Tracking", "inseguimento" and perhaps "monitoraggio" can all be used. See an example for "inseguimento" here:

I'd use "ponti" for "bridging" (even if it means changing the verb to a noun) because "bridging" could be either joining (more common) or bypassing (rarer, but not unheard of).
