A Szolgáltató és a Szerződő fél közötti jogviszonyra a magyar Polgári Törvénykönyv rendelkezései az irányadóak.
A szolgáltatási szerződésből eredő bármely jogvita lefolytatására a szolgáltatás helye szerint hatáskörrel rendelkező bíróság az illetékes.
(Szállodáról van szó.)

Jurisdiction clause
is required where the parties desire all disputes arising under their contract to be determined by a particular national court. A party which has given its express agreement to submit to the courts of a particular jurisdiction will find it difficult to argue that the appropriate forum for the trial of disputes.

1. Exclusive jurisdiction clause limits disputes to be determined by one jurisdiction. Its main purpose is to promote certainty and consistency.
