Case Management Fees are the fees charged by XXX, in addition to the Fees for the Retained Services, in respect of any Non-Retained Services provided to the Designated Person(s).
Where Non-Retained Services are required, XXX shall provide to the Client a quote setting out the basis on which it will charge for the Non-Retained Services provided by XXX and its network of suppliers and subcontractors (Case Management Day Rates).
Any Non-Retained Services for which Case Management Fees or External Costs and Expenses will be incurred shall require payment in full in advance by the Client to XXX before Services are commenced.

Da, usluge se ugovaraju (dogovaraju), ali tokom pružanja tih usluga često se javlja potreba i za dopunskim – neugovorenim uslugama. To se najčešće i realizuje (uz saglasnost obe strane) i na kraju naplati npr. preko aneksa uz ugovor ili sl.

What Is a Retainer Fee?
A retainer fee is an amount of money paid upfront to secure the services of a consultant, freelancer, lawyer, or other professional. A retainer fee is most commonly paid to individual third parties that have been engaged by the payer to perform a specific action on their behalf. These fees, almost always paid upfront, only ensure the commitment of the receiver. In addition, retainer fees usually do not represent the total final cost of the services provided.

Someone can be "on a retainer" for quite a long time without providing ANY actual service. The retainer is there only to insure that the service provider will be available when needed (and if necessary will drop everything else)
