Povratni teret /tovar
"Povratni teret / tovar". Pojam "tovar" se koristi za ukupnu količinu robe koja može da ispuni prostor jednog transportnog sredstva, recimo kamiona, ili čak, broda, aviona "pick up" automobila. Roba, odnosno teret koji nije mogao biti isporučen n mestu isporuke se vraća na mesto polaska transporta. Tada se govori o "povratnom tovaru", i u skladu sa vašim kontekstom. Ali, kod vas se pominje i roba ili kontejner koji nije mogao biti utovaren, pa dolazi do potrebe primoravanja da se takav teret vrati na polaznu tačku (mesto polaska transporta). "freight" је овде "цена превоза / возарина"
"Сви трошкови везани за повратно путовање (?)"
Ако роба не буде утоварена (Goods or the Container cannot be loaded at the Place of Loading), то је трошак враћања празног брода или наплата за "празно место" на броду ако је само део предвиђеног терета био укрцан.
"сви трошкови везани за враћање празног брода или за празно неискоришћено место на броду"
Ако роба не буде истоварена (Goods or the Container cannot be delivered at the Place of Delivery), то је трошак превоза неиспоручене робе назад на место утовара
"сви трошкови везани за превоз робе назад на место утовара"
Не видим који би израз покрио све ове случајеве. "повратна возарина"?
