Il est possible de proposer les deux selon les règles... Je préfère 'langue'. Votre 'neutre' n'est pas justifié... J'en réfère au modérateur

: Malheureusement, Ormiston a raison: dans ce cas-ci "langue" est incorrect (ex.: d'aucuns diront que la langue du pouvoir est l'anglais) - je suis donc en désaccord. Par contre, je suis d'accord avec "langage du pouvoir" (= formulation), d'où ce "neutre".
