Said document is attached by reference.

I remember similar language being used in documents I processed while temping for law firms years ago.

neutral AllegroTrans : I don't think a claimant/plaintiff can just say to the Court "do this, do that"

That the aforementioned documentary evidence be deemed exhibited hereto

Surely, la documental is short for prueba documental.

I like the idea of incorporating secret-trust and warning-sign etc. documents by reference to a Will or Contract, but am unsure that such applies here.

Petitioning the court to consider documents exhibits in the case might, if necessary, be done by motion or application in Anglo-Am. jurisidictions.
Example sentence:

Introducing exhibits into evidence isn't always easy.

Peer comment(s):

agree AllegroTrans : I agree "Petitum" has to be followed by "that", but I think "deemed" can be omitted

To consider the mentioned documents to have been duly submitted.

A version of Adrian's answer in plain English. Actually submitted, in other words, not incorporated by reference.
Peer comment(s):

agree philgoddard : That's more like it! Except I'm not sure about "the mentioned documents" - would "the above documents" be better?

It depends. The documents could have been referred to in some distant portion of the deed, the "above" means in the above paragraph or two., maybe?
