This is from the Predestination movie script. It's a film based on a short story 'All you Zombies-" written in 1959 by Robert A. Heinlein. However, this bit of the script doesn't come from the short story (unlike the bedpans question) so unless someone's seen the film, it might be difficult to tell what or who 'Pinky' refers to.

@ All For all we know, it might be refering to her skin colour, if e.g. the other girl was coloured. And she has glasses, we can safely assume from the 'four-eyed'.
Would help to know the country and the period.

I would say this was a nickname for someone. As an expression, it means "little finger", ie the fifth finger. "Pinky" was also the name of the young villain in the book/film "Brighton Rock" and one of the girls in "Grease" which makes me think it may be a nickname here.
