Czech term (edited):
kolnka, vetena, fleky, vlasov nudle, mule
Selected
macaroni, eliche, ?, noodles, lumache
All of this comes from personal experience and recipes always vary:
Kolínka (verbatim: knees, joints) = macaroni
Vřetena = Italian eliche
Fleky = rectangular in shape, about 1 cm x 1cm, probably typically Czech
Vlasové nudle (vlas = hair) = very thin, similar to Chinese rice noodles
Mule (shells) = similar to Italian lumache
Hope it helps :o)))

kolnka, vetena, fleky, vlasov nudle, mule
elbow macaroni, rotini/spirals*, quadrettini, angel hair/capellini, medium shells/conchiglie
"fusilli/corkscrew pasta" is similar to spirals - check some of the websites to choose the proper term
"quadrettini" are explained as flat pasta squares but I would keep the original name

\"fleky\", you might use word farfalle , but I am not sure about that, because they are flat and oblong shape, but squeeze in midle.

depends on company, because some of them have on boxes" thin spaghetti". Difference between them is " spaghetti are rounded accross, and linguini are flat. Some producers are calling thin spaghetti " angel hair".
