The Client hereby waives any right it may have to object on the basis of consent to the admissibility into evidence of such recordings in any legal or regulatory proceedings between the Investment Manager and the Client or in any proceedings to which the Investment Manager or the Client is a party or in which the Investment Manager or the Client **records, as the case may be, are subpoenaed**.

Si possono "citare in giudizio" registrazioni telefoniche? Oppure si deve dire che sono "oggetto di mandato giudiziario"?
Nessuna di queste due soluzioni mi convince.
