This excerpt at: https://tinyurl.com/4bvvz5ps is taken from training materials for auditors. I can’t understand what ‘’at a high level’’ means as used in this context.
‘’WE’’ means ‘’the auditor'' or auditors.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
