Ci-après un peu de contexte:

In this case it makes more sense to see "waiver of bond" as the Executor being "freed from the obligation to put a bond (as a guarantee that the work would be done properly) [= être dispensé de l'obligation de ...], rather than "the Testator giving up some rights" [= renoncer à ... ]

Les termes exacts en anglais et en français sont « fiduciary bond/cautionnement de fiduciaire », mais le reste des explications semble coller avec votre texte.

Je n'ai pas trouvé de « renonciation à cautionnement », mais, puisqu'il s'agit d'un titre, on a une certaine liberté si on veille à l'exactitude de ce qui suit.

Par exemple :
Waiver of Bond.
No bond or undertaking shall be required of any Executor nominated in this Will.

Dispense

Je reviens sur les commentaires ci-dessous exprimant une préférence pour « dispense ».

En droit, seuls les pouvoirs publics et assimilés (droit administratif ou droit fiscal, par exemple) ou les autorités ecclésiastiques (droit canon) peuvent accorder des dispenses. Cf. entre autres : https://www.cnrtl.fr/definition/dispense, https://www.larousse.fr/dictionnaires/francais/dispense/2593... ou https://www.littre.org/definition/dispense.

Voir aussi le lien cité par ailleurs, qui montre qu'une dispense est le fait d'un tribunal ou d'un juge. Par ex. : « ...le tribunal doit, par ordonnance, à moins qu'eu égard aux circonstances spéciales il ne l'en dispense,... » ou encore « Dispense de cautionnement et des cautions. …un juge peut ordonner… » (https://www.canlii.org/fr/mb/legis/lois/cplm-c-c290/derniere...

Un testateur n’a aucun pouvoir de « dispense » au sens strict et ce terme ne convient pas dans un testament. Braudo, Dahl et Bridges ne disent rien d’autre et je ne trouve aucun texte juridique (par opposition aux textes de commentaires) stipulant ou disposant qu’un testateur puisse dispenser qui que ce soit. Sans compter qu'en retournant aux sources, waiver se traduit par « renonciation » et non par « dispense », qui traduit plutôt exemption ou dispensation. L’intention est tout autre.

Je n'ai en revanche rien à répondre aux arguments introduits par I think ou « je préfère… », qui semblent évoquer des impressions personnelles, qui restent donc à confirmer.
