To Asker: Certainly not "nuclear". It is a dummy, no explosives.
If you need to shorten it, you could go for "dummy warhead drones", although I don't really like it.

'Armed with a dummy warhead' has a slightly self-contradictory feel. I propose 'equipped' instead of 'armed'.
