I suggest that rampa is a misprint for rama - there are many hits for "rama manifold" and for "manifold branch" in this context. Your find of "Rocker multi-branch manifold" gives one example.

You may be right - this does seem to be a coincidence. This https://manualzz.com/doc/5449686/rampas-de-filtración--circu... uses "rampa de filtración", translated as "filtration manifold" or "filter holder manifold", without "rampa".
