scale-related payout or 'settlement payment'

Little context, but likely to be a payout vs. premium and payable on an insurance tariff scale, so 'desembolso a las tarifa/s vigente/s' e.g. defrosting of footdstuffs in a fridge may qualify for a max. payout of Euro / € 200 on the tariffed scale > personal injury to a different scale of damages and compensation.
Example sentence:

What is an Insurance tariff? Tariffs are fixed price lists that determine the premium rates which insurance companies can charge consumers for insurance products sold by them.

Peer comment(s):

neutral Christopher Schröder : Why scale? A tariff is a price list.

A trivial and 'unlawyerly' point, besides which I kept 'tarifa' in the Spanish part of my answer to this asker who traditionally uses English as a relay or 'bridging' language and that you obviously missed.
disagree Andrew Bramhall : Another irrelevant answer; All payments are made on the basis of some sort of scale, And with Ice Scream.too.

neutral Christopher Schröder : Payout. “To me a translator is someone who creates a parallel document. He takes a text in one language and converts it into another.” No shit Sherlock 😂
