6. Obligations of the Parties
6.2 Obligations of the COMPANY
COMPANY will inform the Subcontractor of the decision taken by the Beneficiary. The approval of the Subcontractor by the Beneficiary is the necessary condition for the entry into force of the Contract: N/A.
