Mam szeroko rozumianą instrukcję obsługi centrali wentylacyjnej dla szeroko rozumianej serwerowni. Ten fragment dotyczy chłodzenia:

An evaporative cooler, in conjunction with a face-and-bypass damper assembly, will be used as the secondary means of cooling.

The face and- bypass damper combination will modulate to maintain the unit discharge air humidity set-point as the evaporative cooler is staged up and down to meet the cooling demand.

The evaporative cooler stage-1 is cycled on and the face-and-bypass dampers are modulated when discharge air humidity rises above set-point.

Unit to centrala wentylacyjna. Jak pisałem w poprzednim pytaniu, tekst pisali Włosi po angielsku i trochę zgłupiałem: czy tu chodzi o jedną przepustnicę czy zespół przepustnic? Kiedy próbuję coś czytać w internecie, to wygląda jak jedna przepustnica, ale w moim tekście tak niekoniecznie. Słownik podaje bypass damper jako przepustnica obejściowa, ale już nic z face nie ma. Nie mogę niczego znaleźć po polsku na ten temat.
