Par exemple pour la gestion de caisse il y'a une fonction qui vous permet d’effectuer une entrée ou sortie d’espèces avec ce que l'on appelle un motif.
Ici le motif est prédéfini pour telle carte ou telle transaction avec un code dédié.

Not familiar with these cards but it should be sthg usual like holders will benefit from an advantage: % of purchases made with the Fnac card is credited to the Fnac loyalty "account" and possibly gift vouchers.

EMV is the norm of the technology used for the payment; so you can found for example on receipt
EMV sans contact, EMV NFC, EMV , depending on how the person made the transaction.

Is it always under ADHERENT? If so, I think you're right. Maybe it means their discount card is receiving a credit as a result of their purchase. Either way, I'm pretty sure it's "motif".

I think it could be "Motif", reason. It's always followed by a four-digit code, and then a narrative. My example says 0006 ADHERENT 3 ANS, and another one I found said 0026 RECRUT FNAC/FNAC+. You said some of them are "reimbursement receipts", so maybe it means "reason for refund".
