This has to do with an expert report after inspecting the roof of a building where leaks were reported that caused damage and the company who repaired it did not do a good job. Therefore, subsequent inspection of the work was done and this is a list of all of the non-compliant things that were found. I'm having trouble with "la tremie en bois d'assemblages".

L'épaisseur prévue au devis, soit R= 7.5 est à justifier
Son maintien est aléatoire comme illustré sur les photographies jointes au
rapport
Ventilation par rapport a la couverture.

Concernant l’écran sous toiture :
Sa pose est non conforme
Sa mise en place sur la totalité de la surface est à vérifier
La fiche technique du fabricant n'a pas été fournie

Concernant le chassis de toit :
La mise en œuvre de l’étanchéité à la périphérie est non conforme aux règles de l'art
La mise en œuvre de la trémie en bois d'assemblages est non conforme aux règles de l'art
Les fixations (vis) sont non conformes.
