oxide inclusions, which eliminates large size inclusions and enjoys higher purity than vacuum arc remelted (VAR) steel.

easy handling.

materiálu, zejména při vysokém zatížení.
Nový výrobní proces vyvinutý společností NSK umožnil
vývoj této EP (extrémně čisté) oceli pro použití v aplikacích
s vysokým zatížením.
Ve srovnání se Z ocelí je vidět, že únavová životnost EP oceli
je podstatně vyšší. Graf také ukazuje, že křivka výsledků
únavových testů pro EP ocel je téměř svislá, což ukazuje
na vysokou spolehlivost. Všechna ložiska pro podporu
kuličkových šroubů (TAC) jsou vyrobena z EP oceli.
Testy EP oceli prokázaly trojnásobné zvýšení únavové
životnosti oproti standardní vakuově vyčištěné oceli.
