nostrism
- http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&pid=S...
Thus there is an element communism or nostrim in all shared actions. Yet it is only in intrinsic shared action that the nostrism stands on its own and is not put into service for other individual (egoistic or altruistic) goals.

: I don't like it either. I was glad to find out recently that sociology is a discipline that is starting to become somewhat ignored and put on the back burner.

: This is a perfectly valid concept that fills a gap in the language and was coined eighty years ago. And sociology has lots of fascinating insights to offer.

We-ness
Like Taña in the reference comments, I want to suggest "we-ness" instead of "nostrism". The reason is that there is a difference between describing something as a state/quality ("nostridad" - "we-ness") or as a doctrine/attitude ("nostrismo" - "nostrism"). Compare "selfness" and "egoism", or "otherness" and "altruism".
See page 6 of the following text for an example of the difference in usage: https://docplayer.es/35009145-Bioetica-de-la-nostridad-un-ap...

: I agree with your approach and your fundamental distinction between "nostridad" and "nostrismo". Somehow, this difference must be stressed in English too.

ABSTRACT
This article deals with four theoretical constructs for analyzing the transition from otherness to **we-ness** in the classification system with which societies are built. It discusses explanatory models of the polarity between the other and us by means of a path that has ritual as its starting point, goes through the social drama to arrive at the post-ritual.

We two are one.
Not specifically,. It's a social science/sociology/anthropology paper on sociality and society.
