facial droop

Suggestion. "Desvio de rima" specifically refers to an uneven or lopsided smile (drooping corner of the mouth) indicating facial palsy; "rima" is the rima oral (the cleft formed where the upper and lower lip meet), so literally a midline shift of the smile.

My personal practice is to translate this as "facial droop", which I find is more idiomatic in English (and still accurate).

Tem também a rima palpebral, nesse caso, use "palpebral fissure deviation" :)
